I had a privilege to second shoot this lovely wedding at the end of the summer with Ilaria from Ilaria Petrucci photography.
It was a classic white wedding at Kelmarsh Hall with beautiful gardens and sunny weather is a dream come true for many couples. The stunning venue, with its historic architecture and picturesque gardens, provides the perfect backdrop for a romantic and elegant wedding celebration.
Kelmarsh Hall is a Grade I listed country house located in Northamptonshire, England. It was built in the 18th century and has since been restored to its original grandeur. The hall boasts beautiful gardens, including a walled garden, a rose garden, and a wildflower meadow, making it the perfect location for a summer wedding.
As the sun rose on the morning of the wedding day, the bride-to-be woke up feeling excited and nervous. She had dreamed of this day since she was a little girl, and now it was finally here. She got ready with her bridesmaids in one of the luxurious suites at Kelmarsh Hall, surrounded by beautiful antique furniture and stunning views of the gardens.
Meanwhile, the groom and his groomsmen were getting ready in grooms house. They put on their suits and ties, making sure everything was perfect for the big day. The started their celebration in local pub.
The ceremony was held in the saloon, under a beautiful chandeliers, polished oak floorboards and stunning views across the ornamental lake with gorgeous flowers. The guests took their seats on chiavari chairs, and the bridal party made their way down the aisle. The bride looked stunning in her white lace gown, holding a bouquet of white and pale pink roses.
The ceremony was short and sweet, with the couple exchanging vows and rings in front of their family and friends. As they kissed for the first time as husband and wife, the guests cheered and clapped, and the happy couple walked back up the aisle, hand in hand.
The reception was held in the grand hall of Kelmarsh Hall, with its high ceilings, chandeliers, and beautiful artwork. The tables were decorated with white linens, white candlesticks, and floral centerpieces in shades of white, pink and green. The guests enjoyed a delicious meal, with champagne flowing and speeches from the best man and maid of honor.
After dinner, the couple shared their first dance as husband and wife, with the band playing a romantic ballad. The dance floor was soon filled with guests, all enjoying the music and celebrating the happy couple.
As the sun began to set, the guests gathered outside to soak up the last moments of sun that day.
